Ready for a fast paced, fun, friendly and personal HIIT bootcamp class? HFS provides an awesome experience for people of all fitness levels. Come ready to sweat, meet new friends and crush your goals! Our bootcamp classes provide an introductory experience to weightlifting and will challenge your limits! Bootcamp schedule is always posted half a month in advance. Typically there are 8-10 boot camp classes per month.
